History

Formerly known as Hitachi Capital Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

We were established as a branch office of Hitachi Capital in September 1982. After establishing a firm regional presence with our partners and customers, the company was incorporated as an independent private limited company in Singapore on 18th January 1994.
The acquisition of our automotive workshop in 2010 transformed Hitachi Capital Singapore into a more versatile finance company. Now equipped with an automobile maintenance and repair workshop, our customers can expect to receive more holistic solutions for their financial challenges.
On 1st April 2015, Hitachi Capital Singapore Pte. Ltd. merged with our Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters to transform into regional management office, and renamed our company as Hitachi Capital Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

Mitsubishi HC Capital Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

With the merger of Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Company Limited and Hitachi Capital Corporation, we have renamed our company as Mitsubishi HC Capital Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. effective from 1st July 2021.
By leveraging on the strengths of both companies, Mitsubishi HC Capital Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. aims to develop an advanced asset business in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region that goes beyond mere leasing companies by creating new values and solving social issues.
